Order Processing

Most orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Order processing time is between 1-5 days for most orders. Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which it is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Shipping & Delivery

We include estimated delivery times for most products in the product description to give you an idea before purchasing. Tracking orders are provided to you via your order numbers for most items once shipping has been confirmed from our partnered warehouses.

Exchanges, Refunds, & Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 10 days of the delivery date with proof of purchase. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for clearance/sale items, gift cards, products that have been worn and no longer in their original packaging. Other exclusions may apply. Contact us for details.

Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable. I Am Trenia reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all online orders require a credit card as the method of payment, your refund will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued, we will charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued.

Returns Process

Email us at support@iamtrenia.com to begin the return process.

  • Please reference your original Order Number.
  • If the item is eligible for a return, we will provide a return address to ship back the merchandise. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The initial shipping charge is non-refundable.
  • We will email you a return shipping label upon request or you can ship the merchandise directly to I Am Trenia via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or any company that can provide a return tracking number.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will issue the refund within 4-5 business days. If I Am Trenia provided the return shipping label or scheduled the return shipping logistics, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.

We carefully inspect all merchandise before shipment. We encourage you to inspect all merchandise for possible damages upon receipt. In the event that you discover manufacturer defects, please contact us immediately at support@iamtrenia.com.
